  In Loving Memory of Wendy Ruffle

  We will never forget our marvellous and much missed Wendy, who was taken from us far too young at just 58. A cherished part of our community, Wendy brought joy, warmth and laughter to everyone she met at The Sixpenny Tap, her lively spirit and flamboyant presence behind the bar touched countless customers, leaving a lasting impression on us all. We will never forget her. Our thoughts are with her husband, Martin and her family. We have a beautiful red rose bush in a pot outside the tap in her memory, please raise a glass to Wendy the next time you visit The Sixpenny Tap.

  Next Open Mic Live Music Sat 4th July

  This Saturday, enjoy live music at The Sixpenny Tap with our popular third Saturday of the month Open Mic Session from 3pm until 6pm. The bar opens at 1pm, with delicious food from Funky Fries available from 3pm. Come along and join us for an afternoon of entertainment.
